I'm Shane and I like to cook. My day job is all about technology. At night I like to unwind by cooking delicious meals. I am Irish so most of my meals are influenced by my grandmother's cooking. I like to call it Irish-American fusion.  This blog is just for me to talk about my passion and share some recipes that I'm trying or that are a hit!
