Okay so I'm in Cali and I just couldn't serve it up fried, although I sometimes I do at home. Want the recipe ? This moist banana bread cupcake has a special twisted topping- Marshmallows and Peanut Butter! I'm sure the King would approve. 

 

There's tons of peanuts in this recipe so if you're allergic..run..run...run.....

A little cayenne pepper anyone? This mexican mocha recipe is one of my personal favorites. Although it's got a bit of latin heat, Magdalena eats it at least twice a week.

 

La estrellas: Smooth milk chocolate cake topped with a special blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, decaf Fair Trade Organic Mexican coffee and fresh California cream.  

Calor(heat)+ Dulce(sweet) = Muy Delicioso!

It's the My Little Pony of cupcakes. For those of you born in the eighties, the Kidtastic can be your edible version. Light and fluffy vanilla cake crowned with rainbow frosting and sprinkles. It's so good even the guys love it. 

 

Made from the carrots grown in my own garden, this carrot cake is a comfort food that is pretty special to my family. My grandma made carrot cake every Sunday for dessert, my mom made it for special occasions. When my wife prepares family sweets she's  started to make it. It's a Ray family tradition. I take special care when preparing these little cakes and promise to put a lot of love into every batch. FYI: The Rays like a little kick with their carrots.

I couldn't forget the ever-delectable pie. Only made with seasonal, local fruit and- personal size so you have an excuse not to share.

Double Down

For the risk takers or chocolate lovers, the Double Down is the most amazing concoction I've ever concocted (just roll with me). Dark creamy satisfying chocolate adorned with darker, thicker satisfying chocolate. I spent nearly a year refining this recipe. I have to admit:   i love chocolate. This recipe was essential to my personal gratification. Many deliciously experimental hours later I created a masterpiece.
