We're Magdalena and Archer

 

When my wife was pregnant with my first child and we decided I would be stay-at home dad. I couldn't have been happier. 

 

My dad stayed home with me and my three brothers and I always loved the attention and time we spent together. When Magdalena was born I imagined being there when she got home from school and talking about her day over treats only Dads would allow.  

 

My first few months I couldn't do anything but take care of Magdalena. After we were on good schedule my free-time increased and I got bored. No one told me there would be so many hours of alone time to fill when you stay at-home, at least in the beginning.  

 

My wife and I love treats so I started baking during Magdalena's naps. By the time Mags was one years old, I had mastermind 5 great cake recipes that my friends and family loved. 

 

Knowing that I wanted to spend as much time as I could with my daughter, I'd always contemplated being an entreprenuer and running a home business. 

 

After much coaxing from my Mom and wife, I decided to open Magdalena's Cupcake Express. Five years later, I have the most expert taste tester, Magdalena, and I get to spend lots of time with her everyday while earning a rewarding living for my family. 

 

I focus on a few recipes and pay careful attention to how they are prepared. They're mostly organic and I try to monitor the sugar. They're delicious, fluffy, moist and sweet, Magdalena's Cupcakes are a special treat. ( that took me days to write...) Happy Cupcake eating.
